We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from SHADES OF GREY BY MICAH COHEN. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the package is scanned by the carrier to activate tracking for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
